Based in Warwickshire, Weatheroak Inspections is a consultancy and training business which focuses on the individual needs of head teachers preparing for an OFSTED inspection. Helping you make the most of OFSTED Inspections is our primary aim.
OFSTED Training Courses
If you prefer to be trained to cope better with your OFSTED Inspection then you can enrol on one of our Ofsted training courses. These workshops are designed to help all age Primary and Middle School head teachers and senior managers to give the best possible foundation for an OFSTED inspection.
Using our unique experience we will train you in topics including how to analyse Raise-on-Line and school data and plan how to present the school in the most positive way.
This will enable you to prepare your staff and governors for the typical demands of an OFSTED inspection and will provide you with an insight on how inspectors think and operate.
OFSTED Inspection Consultancy
The unique dual experiences gained from work both as head teacher and in OFSTED related roles give us the edge in advising you of how to manage your inspection.
Our consultancy services are broken down into four easy packages that range from full preparation for inspection (through) to a One Day MOT. The topics included in the consultancy include pre-visit analysis of Raise-on-Line, previous report, any evaluation completed and other data. It would also include a one-day visit to offer advice including discussion with SMT, co-ordinators governors and a presentation to the whole staff. Obviously the package that you choose will govern which topics are included.
OFSTED Training Courses that Benefit from our Unique Experience
Our experience covers 35 years in the education system with 20 years headteacher experience at two successful schools. Additionally this is combined with undergoing four OFSTED inspections; most recently September 2009.
Having conducted over 100 inspections as both lead and team inspectors has equipped us with a wide breadth of experience. We are therefore, able to offer you the benefit of our experience so that you will be able to make the most of your OFSTED Inspection. Our Director continues to act as quality assurance inspection report reader for a major contractor and to work for two leading OFSTED contractors thus enabling him to maintain up to date knowledge and experience of the process.
